Established in 2020, EM College is a Québec-based language school offering high-quality language courses and tutoring services for adults, teenagers, and children.
What started as a small community-based educational service has grown into a dynamic learning community. With 15 years of experience in the education sector and a Master's degree in Educational Sciences, Sofiane leads EM College with a practical, student-centred approach.
With over six years of FLE teaching experience, Marine holds a Master’s degree in Education from INSPÉ Aix-en-Provence and is a certified DELF examiner (levels A1–B2).
Julian holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Carleton University and is a TESL Ontario–certified English teacher. As Head of the English Department at EM College, he oversees curriculum development, student assessment and teacher support. He has extensive experience teaching ESL and academic English, preparing students for the Duolingo English Test, and assessing CELPIP writing examinations.
Alexis is a certified French language and literature teacher with two Master’s degrees, including a Master’s in French-Language Literature from the Université de Montréal. With more than five years of teaching experience in France and Quebec, he teaches French to teenagers, adults and immigrant learners and specializes in FLE/FSL, francization, language assessment and exam preparation.
Dounia holds a degree in French-language literature from the University of Perpignan and has extensive experience teaching FLE, FSL and professional French to adult and multicultural learners. A certified TCF oral examiner, she also prepares candidates for all components of the TCF Canada examination and helps learners strengthen their communication skills for immigration, integration and professional purposes.
Véronique holds a DAEFLE from Alliance Française Paris and has more than 17 years of experience teaching French to children and adults in France, Qatar, Morocco and Canada. She teaches both in person and online and prepares adult learners for the TEF Canada and TEFAQ examinations.
Cyrine holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature and Linguistics from Concordia University and completed a Master 1 in FLE/FSL Didactics. With more than six years of teaching experience, she teaches children, teenagers and adults from A1 to C1 and prepares learners for the TEF and TCF examinations.
Olivia guides students in developing their communication skills and helps them improve their pronunciation in order to express themselves with greater naturalness and fluency.
Naomi holds a Master of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from Framingham State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University. With more than ten years of teaching experience, she helps learners strengthen their reading, writing and communication skills through supportive and engaging instruction.
Bahar is an Ontario Certified Teacher with a Bachelor of Education and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University. With more than seven years of teaching experience, she specializes in ESL, academic English and literacy development, creating inclusive and engaging lessons adapted to learners’ individual needs.
